Insurance & Rates

At Restoration Health & Wellness, we operate as a fee-for-service practice. This means we are considered out-of-network for all insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Clients pay directly for their sessions at the time of service.

If you have commercial insurance with out-of-network benefits, your plan may reimburse you for part or all of your session costs. We’ll provide a superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Rates

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $250

Medication Management Follow-Up (20 minutes): $100

Telemedicine Follow-Up (20 minutes): $100

Initial evaluations must be prepaid to confirm your appointment slot.
This fee is non-refundable if you do not show up.

  - Offer earlier availability and continuity of care, without worrying if your provider is “in-network.”

We’re committed to making mental health care accessible, affordable, and clear—whether you have insurance or not. In fact, our self-pay rates are often more affordable than many insurance copays.

Cancellation Policy

We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

- Please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
- Missed or late-canceled follow-up appointments will result in a No-Show Fee equal to the full session amount.
- All outstanding balances must be paid before your next visit.
